Responsibilities:

• Lead estimate development, including budgets, narratives, and approaches.
• Perform detailed and conceptual construction estimating.
• Proficient in systems-based cost modeling and unit/systems pricing.
• Develop accurate project scopes and detailed estimate descriptions.
• Conduct in-depth technical reviews of designs.
• Facilitate design coordination meetings.
• Build strong relationships with designers and trade partners.
