We need a Tooling Engineer to join our team and manage the data, maintenance, and capacity of all internal tools and equipment. This role involves tool maintenance management, material productivity, and collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient operations.

Tool Maintenance Management:

• Manage tool refurbishment and repair operations.
• Industrialize new tools, including replacements and capacity expansions.
• Support tool transfers and conduct tool audits.
• Manage tools inventory, data collection, and capacity.
• Oversee tools maintenance budget and roadmap.

Material Productivity:

• Collect data to enable cost-saving and quality improvement analysis.
• Propose and industrialize ideas for material productivity.

CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System):

• Utilize CMMS for managing tools database.
• Collaborate with parts industrialization team and support CMMS key users.
