We are currently searching for a Electronics Test Technician with 1-2+ years of experience for an opportunity in Pontiac, MI. You will have knowledge of soldering, wire harnesses and testing methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the construction of basic lab apparatus or test equipment under the guidance of a lead technician
• Performs laboratory tests and measurements of components, selecting and properly connecting test instrumentation systems to obtain specified test data
• Is capable of SMD Soldering and Electrical panel wiring, wire harnesses.
• Performs tests according to established procedures with supervision as required
• Ensures that laboratory areas and evaluations areas are kept clean and free of all safety hazards
• Conducts all tests in a professional and safe manner

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma; Associate degree; Trade School Certificate.
• Prior experience in automotive testing preferred
• Computer proficiency required/Microsoft Word & Excel
• Good verbal and written skills
