Job Description
  • Responsible for managing 15-20 hourly in a CNC machining and assembly manufacturing operation
  • Will hire, coach, train and handle disciplinary actions
  • Will drive lean/continuous improvements and monitor KPI’s in the facility
  • Previous manufacturing experience is required
  • Must have KPI and lean experience
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Specializes in products that support the aerospace industry!
