Your Role:

As a key member of our municipal team, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and reviewing road, water, and sewer infrastructure projects for municipal and private clients. You’ll oversee plan reviews, construction planning and ensure projects align with best practices in stormwater management, drinking water systems, and road asset management. Experience with MDOT and local agency projects is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 direct reports , fostering professional growth and success. (For Senior roles)

? Oversee project development from concept to completion , including design, construction documents, and contract administration.

? Act as the primary contact for key clients , nurturing strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

? Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance project outcomes.

? Deliver high-quality, timely results within project deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education – BS in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience – 8+ years in related work, with at least 2 years in a management role.

Technical Skills – AutoCAD experience preferred.

Licensure – Progressing toward a PE license or already licensed in Michigan is a plus.
