Key Resource Group is partnering with one of our best clients on their search for an Electrical Engineer in the Springville – East Otto area. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a starting salary of $85,000 - $100,000 based on experience, a fantastic total benefits package including a four-day work week, and excellent room for advancement. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage design, assembly, construction, and testing of electrical systems and components.
• Develop work scope, plans, and documents related to maintenance and operation of electrical systems and site infrastructure
• Utilize mastery of engineering theories, principles, and techniques to successfully complete a wide variety of complex projects
• Focus on time and budget to deliver working solutions
• Coordinate activities and provide guidance for partner engineers
• Display extensive knowledge of Dept of Energy engineering requirements, utilizing this info to follow implementation guidelines
• Partner with both individuals and groups both internal and external including high ranking officials, making presentations to principals as needed
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment that follows established practices while identifying and reporting situations and concerns
• Contribute consistently as a team player focused on the great good of the site and employees

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Technology, or other related field of study required. Graduate Degree is a big plus!
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in Electrical Engineering
• Fundamental knowledge of DOE conduct of engineering principles and practices
• Ability and willingness to start your workday at 5 AM as part of a 4 day work week
