Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering and Facilities, this position will support an Aseptic Fill Finish manufacturing facility by designing, operating, and maintaining the automation systems. The filling lines include semi-automatic operations as well as fully automatic/robotic filling. All automated systems are in scope of responsibility including building automation, SCADA, data management and standalone equipment.


Responsibilities

• Process equipment and utilities troubleshooting
• CC/CAPA/SOP ownership
• Controls/automation design, upgrades and specification development
• Automation Project Management
• PCS, BAS, Vaisala Ownership and administration
• Partner with IT for networking and data management
• Specification/URS generation
• Own DI assessment from an Automation/Validation perspective
• Impact and risk assessment

Qualifications

• Automation Validation
• 21CFR, part 11
• BS degree in a related discipline with 4+ years experience; OR 8+ years experience as an Automation Engineer
• Network integration and configuration experience
• Vaisala, Wonderware, SQL, and Alan Bradley experience is a plus
