Day to day

• Oversee prototype hardware management in the lab and at local sites.
• Monitor the status of PCBAs:
• Ensure rework consistency across all systems, including directing technicians for the task.
• Manage the software and PL installed on the systems and PCBAs.
• Provide support for software and systems, potentially with DA integration with PCBA:
• Address and resolve debugging issues.
• Develop and execute the board test plan.
• Receive initial Boards and PCBAs.
• Create low-level checkout procedures:
• Perform ohmic checks.
• Conduct initial power-on tests.
• Carry out low-level register testing for applicable PCBAs.
• Supervise technicians after the initial PCBAs are tested:
• Allocate resources when test failures occur.
• Assist technicians in debugging failures.
• Aid in setting up EMC tests, including local internal prescreens and tests at local test houses.
• Collaborate closely with the PL team to test hardware interfaces and verify expected results.
• Develop and test board functions, including ADC and DAC interfaces as needed.
• Coordinate with External Contract House, Systems team, DA team, and EE team on catheter simulator design.
• Assist in testing PCBAs for the first units.
• Design lab test fixtures and test boards to support functional testing for the EE and systems teams.
• Participate in design reviews for schematics and layout.
