Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support in the field for Electrical and Instrumentation challenges.
- Review and determine the approval status of Preventative Maintenance (PM) and inspection deferral requests.
- Oversee and update maintenance procedures within assigned areas, ensuring equipment records, spare parts inventories, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) are kept current and well-documented.
- Assess obsolescence risks and upgrade requirements for equipment and spare components, maintaining accurate records in relevant systems such as SAP.
- Prepare and execute necessary Management of Change processes for maintenance tasks, including upgrades to outdated instrumentation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, aiding in planning for corrective actions, improvements, or assisting maintenance personnel directly.
- Provide expertise in instrumentation and electrical systems during the design and installation phases of new projects or modifications.
- Manage capital projects related to equipment refurbishment and reliability enhancements.
- Conduct root cause investigations into equipment failures.
- Oversee and document compliance with universal waste inspections.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date electrical schematics and plant equipment diagrams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory), with 0-5 years of plant experience.
