About the Role:

They are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Engineer to oversee the design and construction of pipeline infrastructure supporting our upstream operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in pipeline engineering, preferably within midstream or upstream companies, and will report directly to the Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and construction phases of pipeline projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage contractor performance, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project safety and integrity.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
• Oversee the preparation of engineering designs, including process simulations, hydraulic analyses, and equipment sizing.
• Ensure all projects comply with environmental regulations and company sustainability goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field). Minimum of 10 years of experience in pipeline design and construction, with a focus on facilities engineering. Proven experience in project management, including scope, cost, schedule, and quality control. Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to pipeline construction. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in midstream/or upstream companies, providing a comprehensive understanding of pipeline operations and challenges.
• Experience with both onshore and offshore pipeline projects.
• Familiarity with the latest engineering software and technologies used in pipeline design and construction.
