About Us

Infactory unlocks the full potential of enterprise data in the AI age by transforming it into trusted, natural conversations. Our proprietary Unique Query Methodology (UQM) turns raw data into refined insights enterprises can confidently use for critical decision-making, without extensive AI resources or months of development.

Our Values

  • Radical Excellence: We pursue excellence relentlessly, taking pride in our craft and always delivering solutions that meet the highest standards.
  • Authentic Leadership: We build trust through transparency and self-awareness, valuing honest dialogue and diverse perspectives.
  • Mission-Driven Innovation: We focus on breakthroughs that advance our core purpose, embracing experimentation and calculated risks to drive meaningful change.
  • Collaborative Growth: We elevate each other through active partnership and mutual support, believing that success is measured by how we help others grow.
  • Pragmatic Ambition: We dream big but pursue goals with careful planning, ensuring sustainable progress through thoughtful execution.

The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Full Stack Engineer , with a passion for coding, to play a key role in building and scaling the Infactory platform. You will be responsible for developing, and maintaining the architecture of both front-end and back-end systems, as well as contributing to the technical direction of the platform.

  • Design and develop robust full stack applications with a focus on user-friendly front-end interfaces and efficient back-end systems.
  • Create and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration and data exchange.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and provide guidance on the overall technical direction of projects.
  • Develop comprehensive developer documentation and an SDK to enhance platform accessibility for external developers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data needs and AI strategy.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in full stack development, preferably within an AI-focused environment or for AI tools.
  • Proficiency in coding languages and frameworks such as React (preferred), Python, Node.js, and Next.js.
  • Strong track record building and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Proven ability to create front end interfaces and write clear, comprehensive developer documentation.
  • Background in enterprise software development, understanding the unique challenges and requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI and ML concepts to effectively contribute to related projects.
  • Comfort in a hands-on, executional role, with the ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently.

Why Join Us?

At Infactory, you'll be part of a mission-driven company that's changing the future of AI. We believe in supporting our team members to thrive both personally and professionally, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and trust. If you’re passionate about AI and want to make a real-world impact, we’d love to meet you.
