CDP Solutions works throughout the United States with vertically integrated metal mills, service centers, distributors, extruders, fabricators, roll formers, CNC Shops and a wide variety of other metal fabrication companies.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the facility ISO 9001 Quality program.

If you have a background in other quality systems such as ISO 13485, AS9100 or IATF 16949 that is a plus but not necessary.

Manage the quality department’s KPI & report weekly & monthly to the executive leadership team.

Oversee the calibration of all measurement tools.

Provide coaching and training to operators and shop floor employees.

Manage the corrective action and nonconformance processes.

Review and implement quality and inspection systems and processes.

Interact with customers from time to time.

Oversee daily quality control activities within the manufacturing plant.

Work with the engineering department when new products are introduced to the plant floor.

Compensation

Salary $100,000 - $120,000
