Data Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:

The Data Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions that ensure the seamless flow of data across systems. This role requires strong business analysis competencies to translate business requirements into technical solutions. In addition to expertise in data integration tools and technologies, the position demands a deep understanding of business processes and experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle Procedures.

• Designs, develops, and implements data integration solutions to support business needs
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications
• Performs data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develops and maintains data models, mappings, and transformations to support integration processes
• Monitors data quality and integrity while implementing data governance best practices
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for data integration issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with business analysis techniques and tools
• Proven experience in data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages
• Experience working within regulated environments, including GxP and other relevant regulatory standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 7–12 years of relevant experience
