Position Highlight:

• Full Time Direct Hire onsite role in Portland, OR
• Title: Lead Embedded Software Engineer

Background Requirements:

• B.S. in a software engineering discipline
• 4 years of experience in a software leadership role
• 2 years of experience in a role focused on software quality assurance
• Exposure to industry standard quality methodologies
• Exposure to Agile SCRUM
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with a CMMI Level 2 organization, or similar
• Experience with EN1175 and ISO 13849-1
• Experience leading root cause/corrective action activities to improve process
• Experience working on or leading a software development team using Agile methods
• Experience aligning software deliveries with critical business objectives
