Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Technicians with expertise in Calibration and Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) to join our team. This role will involve the calibration of various assets and equipment, including temperature, humidity, CO2, and voltage calibration, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform calibration and qualification of various instruments and assets, including temperature, humidity, CO2, and voltage measuring devices.
• Ensure that all calibration activities are performed in compliance with relevant regulatory standards and company policies.
• Assist with the execution of CQV tasks, supporting the commissioning, qualification, and validation processes.
• Document calibration results and prepare detailed reports to maintain traceability and compliance.
• Identify and troubleshoot calibration issues or discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work closely with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure proper functioning and compliance of systems.
• Provide technical support and expertise during startup and operational phases of equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in calibration and CQV activities, specifically in environments involving temperature, humidity, CO2, and voltage measurements.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 17025, GMP, and FDA regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with calibration equipment and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of relevant calibration techniques and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar regulated industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in calibration, CQV, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with calibration software or systems is a plus.
