Position OverviewWe are seeking a Retail Warehouse Attendant to perform essential retail warehouse duties like receiving, shipping, and fulfillment for guests. Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.Operational Excellence: Receiving, sorting, and storing orders, fulfilling and shipping of online orders, product transfers and routine cycle counts. comfortability in merchandising and restocking, and have knowledge of current online and in-store inventory.Perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to safety standards. Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.Perform other duties as assigned.Preferred QualificationsGuest-centric mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service through accurate stocking and restocking, order fulfillment, and cycle munication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse guests and team mates.Adaptability: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities during live anization: Must be methodical and possess good time management skills with strong attention to detail.Must be capable or willing to learn our software programs like: ShipStation, Shopify, RetailCloud, Google Cloud.Must be able to work in variable conditions, hot and cold ranging from 25 degrees to 90 degrees.Must be willing to comply with sanitation and safety requirements.ScheduleThis role is Part-Time Seasonal.Retail staff will be scheduled for events therefore will need to be available nights and weekends.
