Responsibilities: -

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food production, preparation, and service. - Create and execute menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents. - Manage a team of kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. - Collaborate with the dietary department to meet nutritional requirements and provide high-quality meals. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Experience: - Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food service management. - Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. - Ability to create and execute menus that meet dietary needs and preferences. - Excellent culinary skills with a focus on taste, presentation, and quality. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. Requirements: - Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred. - Proven experience in menu planning and execution. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, residents, and management.
