LOCUM POSITION DETAILS - CLINIC + CALL (Back-up) 8-hour guarantee
MUST have Extensive Breast Surgery Experience. Priority will go to bids with case logs included.
DESCRIPTION:
- Call (Back-up) : Locum may be asked for weekend 24-hr call.
- Daily average call frequency: one per day - may not even need to go in.
PROCEDURES UPDATE :
- Required: - locum is ONLY REQUIRED to do Oncology Breast Surgery and Mastectomy/lumpectomy.
- Including - including nipple, sparing mastectomy, participate in joint oncoplastic surgeries, sentinel note biopsy, and axillary dissection.
- Not Required to do: Not: reduction mammoplasty, Augmentation Mammoplasty, Mastopex.
REQUIRED:
- CA state license; active, unrestricted.
- Board Certified - Breast Surgery; Secondary - Oncology (Breast) Surgery
- ACLS, DEA
- Breast Surgeries in last 24 months : approx. 100+
- Fellowship - Breast Surgeon. (or) General Surgeon with extensive breast experience.
- Facile Knowledge: High Risk and benign breast disease as well as survivorship.
SCHEDULE:
- Availability offer: ONLY Full-time (20 SPM) - Seeking ONE full-time provider.
- Schedule: Clinic M-F (8a-5pm). OR time - fluid (depending on OR block availability).
COMPENSATION:
- Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
