  • Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-430p (30)
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient- Firefighter Physicals
  • Scope of Work: Firefighter Physicals
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MUST be Board Certified, active PA licensure, BLS and DEA
  • EMR: paper charting
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $105-$115
