Facility in Minneapolis is looking for Primary Care Physician.
Schedule: Monday through Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Patient Census: 12-16 patients per day
15 total exam rooms
Radiology and Labs onsite
Patient Demographic: Pediatric, Adults, Geriatric
Gyn Procedures: Pelvic exam/Pap Smears required
1 physician and 2 APPs in the practice
EMR: Epic
Utilizes Dragon Dictation
Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days
Pay Rate: $160/hr
REQUIREMENTS:
Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required Active MN License or IMLC - Highly Preferred Facility Prefers local candidate
