Description/Requirements for Assignment : Active Arizona license or IMLC required
Board Certification, Fellowship required
ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS certifications required
Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Scheduled Clinical Hours and Hospital Rounds
High volume of patients and hospital consults
Facility Details: EMR: Medhost, Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days, expedited with clean history, temporary privileges available
