The role requires managing 20•25 cases per week, same•day documentation, and maintaining 26•28 productivity points. Requirements include a valid CA OT License, 2 years of field experience, Home Health and OASIS experience, no more than a 1•year employment gap, and familiarity with Homecare Homebase. The position is based in Redding, CA. All time off must be pre•approved and made up. No on•call requirement.
