Location: McKinleyville, CA located in Humboldt County, California. It's situated along the northern coast of California, about 5 miles north of the city of Arcata and approximately 15 miles north of Eureka. McKinleyville is surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, including beaches, forests, and scenic coastal areas. The nearby Redwood National and State Parks offer opportunities for exploration and adventure.

Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD
Mix of peds/adults
APC's with 3 years of experience in similar setting
PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II
Active DEA needed before start

COVID requirement:
Primary series plus booster, regardless of date received.
