FAMILY MEDICINE LOCUMS POSITION IN ERIE, PA

Excellent locums opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician to work at this Community Health Center in Erie, PA providing primary health care services for refugees in the area. Erie has a population of refugees from Ukraine, Middle Eastern nations, Afghanistan and Latin populations.

Job requirements:

Start January 2, 2025

M-F 8 hour shift

No OB care

Pure family medicine

18 patients per day

Open ended assignment. Work two weeks at a time and then a discussion for extension

REQUIREMENTS

Cultural sensitivity is imperative

Someone who enjoys educating patients on health care

Must be able to work with an interpreter. High percentage of people that do not speak English as their first language
