Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive wound care assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer advanced wound care treatments and therapies in alignment with physician orders.
- Monitor wound healing progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care management.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of wound care provided.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements: - Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in this state
- Wound care certification.
- Previous experience in wound care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
