Job Summary: Integrated Engineering (iE) is seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to manage all social platforms for our 2 sister brands, Integrated Engineering and Xodus. In this role, you will craft compelling content, drive meaningful engagement, grow followers, and ultimately advance the company's digital presence and marketing goals. You will also play a critical role in enhancing business processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting integrity and respect in the workplace.About iE:Integrated Engineering is a reputable and dynamic company specializing in the design, development, and distribution of high-quality aftermarket car parts. With a strong commitment to innovation and customer experience, we strive to provide exceptional products and services to automotive enthusiasts worldwide.Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars for multiple platforms.Create and oversee engaging content (text, images, and videos) that aligns with our brand identity.Collaborate with teams across marketing, hardware, and software to support business objectives.Analyze key performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on results.Build relationships with followers through timely responses and professional interactions.Maintain best practices and participate in continuous improvement activitiesPreferred Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of social media management experience.Exceptional communication, creativity, and organizational skills.A keen eye for detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset.iE Values and Expected Behaviors:Team members are expected to support the organization's vision and culture by following the employee handbook and exemplifying the company's core values:Can-do Attitude: We show grit and perseverance.
