Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including forced air and hydronic heating equipment.
• Perform installations of HVAC units and related components.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear communication and quality workmanship.
• Use critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Adhere to safety standards and company protocols during all projects.
• Complete work orders, document findings, and communicate with clients and supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a residential and/or commercial HVAC technician.
• Expertise in both forced air and hydronic heating systems.
• Valid EPA Universal Certification (required).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
• Installation experience is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
• On-call rotation may apply.
