The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. You will lead our Agile teams in implementing Scrum methodologies. As a Scrum Master, you will help facilitate Agile practices, remove obstacles, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
As our Scrum Master specializing in Paid Social Media, you will lead the team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing paid social media strategies. You will embrace and follow Agile practices, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality campaigns aligning with our brand goals.

Cornerstone Services offers expertise and corporate support across the four Cornerstone Brands. These shared services include IT, digital commerce, customer care, and distribution. The Cornerstone brands deliver inspirations that help customers enjoy, enhance, and celebrate life. Cornerstone comprises four interactive, aspirational home and apparel lifestyle brands: Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Grandin Road®, and Garnet Hill®. Cornerstone operates a separate e-commerce site for each brand, distributes 163 million catalogs annually, and has 22 retail and outlet stores.
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, guiding the team through Scrum processes, and ensuring successful sprint execution in a e-commerce environment. You will be responsible for financial analysis and presenting data-driven insights to partners.
- You will report to the Deputy Transformation Officer.
Your Impact - Be a Scrum Master and organizer for multiple teams, guiding them in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring the team on Agile best practices and Scrum principles
- Analyze financial data related to A/B testing results, and project performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for eCommerce programs.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between product, design, engineering, and other teams to ensure agreement on project goals and priorities.
- Create concise reports on project status, team performance, and financial outcomes to present to partners.
- You will use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Monday.com) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel (which can perform complex functions) , PowerBI).
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting in a product or project management context.
What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- You will have a project management background with a focus on Paid Media, API development, and the Agile framework, and high technical skills and experience delivering critical projects.
- Knowledge of full-funnel marketing goals by stage, familiarity with main digital marketing platforms
- Knowledge of best practices for structuring digital marketing campaigns, including our organization of campaigns, ad groups, and ads. Deep familiarity with types of campaigns by channel.
- Bias for hypothesis-driven, data-driven thinking
- Education: Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent)
- Minimum experience: 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in an e-commerce or technology-focused environment.
