The Lilly Company - A family business of material handling experts since 1919 is seeking a Territory Sales Manager/Customer Support and Solutions Specialist
Job Description: Customer Support and Solutions Specialist will be requested to improve the dealership position in the marketplace through increased profitable sales in the area of Parts, Service and Rental.
- Establish new accounts for The Lilly Company in Parts, Service and Rental;
- Increase purchases and profitability from existing customers;
- Provide feedback to the service, parts or rental departments on any new developments or customer concerns in the marketplace;
- Resolve customer concerns with the assistance of the branch or service manager;
- Project a clean, neat, professional public image at all times;
- Sell and promote the dealership;
- Sell Planned Maintenance Programs (PMs);
- Support the service department by quoting and selling shop and field repairs;
- *** Base Salary*** Generous Commission Package***Car Allowance and Expense Reimbursement.
Application Requirements: Minimum of 5 years direct business to business contract sales experience. Experience in the material handling or warehousing industry or automotive aftermarket is a plus. This is a hunter/ gatherer position. Proven history of successful cold calls
