About The Role


An exciting leadership position for a motivated, growth-minded, and results-driven individual to play a crucial role in supporting our franchisees to achieve their professional targets. Reporting to the COO, a Franchise Business Consultant is responsible for the implementation of company initiatives. By collaborating with the corporate team to consult and coach franchisees to drive performance. A Franchise Business Consultant Performance acts as a professional mentor who supports, educates, and motivates our franchise owners. They provide recommendations for both the business’s growth and goals.



Responsibilities



  • Providing franchise owners and operations with advice on planning and strategy
  • Keeping franchise owners accountable and motivated
  • Establishing trust with franchise owners and earning the ability to positively influence their business through implementation of best practices and adherence to company standards
  • Ensuring regular calls are conducted and support is documented with each individual franchise owner
  • Support franchise owners in the implementation of recommended marketing plans
  • Communicating with franchise owners to better understand their vision and goals
  • Assisting franchise owners with their company growth, goals and plan development
  • Assessing a franchise owner’s strengths, weaknesses, while guiding their development
  • Analyzing company and franchise owner’s performance metrics
  • Conducting on-site support visits to franchise owners
  • Developing specific financial strategies and action plans for short term and long-term goals
  • Troubleshooting business problems or inefficiencies
  • Providing constructive feedback to franchise owners
  • Analyzing strategic plans contributing to the company’s success and/or failures



Qualifications Education details



Required Skills



  • 5+ years experience with multi-unit management, highly analytical and data-driven
  • Strong leadership and management skills to drive collaboration and lead multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong track record of delivering results in a high growth environment
  • Outstanding communicator, collaborator with high ability to influence a variety of internal and external stakeholders across different time zones
  • Ability to think critically both a tactical and strategic level
  • Ability to work onsite



Pay Range

$85,000 - $100,000 annually
