Blend is a fast-growing SaaS platform that automates and optimises online advertising for Shopify eCommerce brands. Having achieved significant success in Australia and Europe, we’re now expanding into the United States—and we’re looking for our first US-based hire to help drive our growth forward.
The Role
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: from qualification and product demos to closing deals and onboarding. In a nutshell:
> Inbound Leads: Qualify, nurture, and close inbound leads, ensuring they understand how Blend can solve their eCommerce marketing challenges. Conduct account reviews of existing ad campaigns to identify gaps and demonstrate how Blend can drive better results.
> Prospecting & Outreach: Identify, research, and engage high-potential clients via any means you see fit. Leverage your understanding of eCommerce to develop compelling outreach strategies.
> Client Onboarding: Seamlessly transition new clients from ‘just signed’ to ‘fully onboarded’, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to succeed with our platform.
About You
> ECommerce: You have solid knowledge of eCommerce, and experience with ad channels (Facebook, Google, Microsoft, TikTok Ads) will be highly regarded.
> Proven Closer: A demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You’re motivated by results and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
> Independent & Self-Motivated: You excel at working autonomously, taking initiative, and owning projects from start to finish.
> Communicator: You’re articulate, personable, and capable of building trust-based relationships with prospects and clients alike.
> Adaptable & Growth-Focused: Comfortable wearing multiple hats—from inbound lead management to outbound prospecting—depending on business needs.
Because you’ll be our first team member on the ground in the US, you should be comfortable working independently.
You’ll be a key player in establishing and expanding Blend’s footprint, with a clear path for career development—including the potential to build and lead a local sales team.
