What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years of Sales Management experience, or equivalent, with a track record of leading teams and surpassing revenue goals.
- Strategic Visionary: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the regional market.
- Team-Oriented: Passion for understanding team needs and providing exceptional solutions.
- Innovative Spirit: Embrace new ideas and approaches to drive sales innovation.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to build client relationships and motivate your team.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
Your Impact:
- Drive Growth: Work alongside our Chief Branding Officer and Sales Manager to increase the growth and profitability of our clinics.
- Lead with Vision: Set clear sales targets, ensure East Coast offices and representatives exceed quotas, and maintain accurate forecasting within Hubspot.
- Empower Your Team: Train and mentor Business Development Leads, collaborating with the Sales Manager to support their growth.
