Title: Dynamics 365 Architect

Location: Malvern, PA (onsite for 3 days in a week)

Duration: 6-12+ Months

The Dynamics 365 Architect will design, architect, and oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to drive business transformation and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Lead the technical implementation of Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.
• Provide strategic guidance on the integration of Dynamics Co-pilot to enhance CRM capabilities and user experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define system architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and scalability of the CRM system.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a deep understanding of CRM architecture and design principles.
• Proven expertise in integrating and leveraging Dynamics Co-pilot within CRM environments.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies are highly desirable.
