  • A track record of success in new business development and building lasting relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication skills—you can connect with people over the phone, in person, or at events.
  • A willingness to learn about the airfreight industry, with the motivation to jump in and absorb new knowledge quickly.
  • Proven ability to sell solutions at various scales, from smaller accounts to larger, more complex business deals.

  • Someone who’s organized, loves to track progress, and is always looking to improve.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Prospecting and finding new customers in your territory, helping them find the right airfreight solutions for their needs.
  • Building and nurturing relationships, turning prospects into long-term partners.
  • Working with customers to create custom solutions that maximize efficiency and value.
  • Presenting pricing and service options to clients, ensuring that you're offering the best deals that align with their needs.
  • Collaborating with our awesome team to make sure your clients get the best experience and are onboarded smoothly.
  • Keeping track of sales and progress, adjusting strategies to keep things moving forward.
