We are seeking an exceptional Store Director to lead all operations for an upscale grocery store with a longstanding tradition near, Columbus, OH (Relocation assistance is available if needed). Compensation: $105,000-$135,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) + bonus potential, Healthcare, PTO, and more!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of grocery store management experience
• Hiring, training, and developing key employees
• Financial acumen including building budgets and monitoring sales and expenses
• Strong leadership ability
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
