Sales Development Representative
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay: Hourly base of $20.19/hour
Potential Earnings: $60k-$85k first year; target compensation $80k-$100k with incentives
Location: Fully onsite - Plano, TX 75024
Schedule: Monday - Friday, onsite with potential flexibility for 1 remote day per week after training

Job Summary:
We are seeking Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment with the potential to grow into an Account Executive role. The ideal candidate is a hunter-type salesperson who thrives on making phone calls and is motivated by financial incentives.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound calls.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Relationship Building:
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with brokers and bankers nationwide.
Sales Execution:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product overviews.
- Facilitate new broker packages and work with counterparty risk to secure approvals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with marketing and other sales teams to align on lead generation strategies.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Outbound call metrics
- Talk time goals
- Monthly broker sign-ups (estimated 10 per month)
- Weekly leadership presentations (2-3 per week)
Qualifications:
- Strong sales experience, ideally in customer service, call center, or sales within the mortgage or financial sector.
- Must be highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- No NMLS required.
- CRM experience is preferred but not required; training provided on proprietary Salesforce system.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or client-focused role.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
Training & Career Growth:
