Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our client’s team, based in Seattle, WA . In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the customer base, strengthening relationships, and driving sales growth. Your contributions will directly support the company’s mission of advancing scientific innovation.
Essential Functions:
- Drive commercial success through effective customer engagement, presentations, and communication.
- Partner with the Sales Director to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Build and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Translate technical information into solutions that address customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Technical Support teams.
- Represent the company at industry tradeshows, association meetings, and networking events.
- Travel within the assigned territory (approximately 40-50% ).
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the biotech industry , with a focus on recombinant proteins.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
