This high-end venue offers a one-of-a-kind experience, catering to discerning clientele seeking sophistication and exclusivity. The Ideal Candidate:


We are looking for a proven sales leader with a passion for luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of boutique properties, experience working with high-profile clientele, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive room bookings, events, and F&B revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clientele and key industry partners.
  • Lead and manage a proactive sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that attract upscale clientele.
  • Represent the property at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Director of Sales or in a similar senior sales role in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of the West Palm Beach market and its clientele.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a network within the luxury travel and event sectors.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to a boutique property.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
