McCall’s is a family-owned HVAC distributor that has been in business for over 55 years! We are looking for a Territory Account Manager that has the drive to take us to the next level. This position is fast-paced and the key to our success. The Territory Account Manager is responsible for managing residential, ductless, and commercial HVAC sales in the Goldsboro-Lumberton market. You will need to develop client relationships, to be able to sell, acquire and maintain a strong customer base while supporting a branch in a designated territory.
Duties and responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals assigned for your territory.
- Grow market share for all products that we offer.
- Build contractor relationships through consultive selling.
- Resolve customer relations problems and issues with clients within a timely manner.
- Conduct him/herself in a professional and courteous manner in all aspects of interaction with contractors, customers, and employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned. In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of HVAC experience is preferred, sales experience in a commission role is required.
- Possess a valid NC Driver’s License and have a clean driving record.
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to analyze sales and market data.
- Ability to give quality presentations.
- Ability to work independently but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
- Ability to multi-task a must in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass drug screening.
