Overview :
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to join our client's team, focusing on driving growth in AI data centers, co-location (Co-Lo) data centers, cloud computing centers, and enterprise data centers. This role is crucial for developing and executing strategies that enhance profitability and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Create and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting key accounts.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure high performance.
- Present the company's solutions to potential clients, highlighting their value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
- Deliver on financial targets and improve overall financial performance.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in sales within the Data Center Solutions industry.
- Strong strategic planning and solution delivery skills.
- Proven leadership experience, with 5-10 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS in engineering is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Compensation : $350K OTE
