Key Responsibilities


  • Cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Reaching out to prospects through platforms such as LinkedIn and other social channels
  • Collecting and analyzing data on potential companies to identify key decision-makers and sales leads
  • Job shadowing Senior Account Executives to gain insight into the sales process and client interactions
  • Assisting in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for the company
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to support retention and growth
  • Participating in training sessions and applying newly learned skills to real-world sales activities


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Fundamental mathematical proficiency is required
  • Understanding of basic business fundamentals and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • A high level of persistence and drive to achieve sales targets
  • Sales affinity and ability to think creatively about sales strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts and technologies
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint capabilities is required
