Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect new business opportunities across the United States.
• Engage potential customers and build pipelines using key sales engagement tools.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
• Gather critical company data to provide competitive pricing and efficient service solutions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
• Conduct virtual meetings with prospects and existing clients to discuss their logistics needs.
• Lead proposals and bidding processes to secure new business.
• Meet and exceed sales and profit targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, within the truck, transportation, or logistics industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and hit performance goals.
• Experience using CRM, TMS, or other sales software is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
