The Regional Sales Manager (IC role) is responsible for achieving regional sales and profitability goals within an assigned territory. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to drive revenue and build strong relationships across the B2B channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct selling activities within the region, including resource allocation and prioritizing key customer interactions in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Manage and expand relationships with multiple channel partners, focusing on growth and retention within key accounts.
  • Ensure alignment with the Partner Program and collaborate with other business units to maximize partner engagement and success.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of selling computer networking, A/V, routers, or computer hardware is a must!
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Working Knowledge of B2B Market segment within an assigned sales territory
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
