The Regional Sales Manager (IC role) is responsible for achieving regional sales and profitability goals within an assigned territory. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to drive revenue and build strong relationships across the B2B channel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct selling activities within the region, including resource allocation and prioritizing key customer interactions in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Manage and expand relationships with multiple channel partners, focusing on growth and retention within key accounts.
- Ensure alignment with the Partner Program and collaborate with other business units to maximize partner engagement and success.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of selling computer networking, A/V, routers, or computer hardware is a must!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working Knowledge of B2B Market segment within an assigned sales territory
- Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
