Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- Licensed Architect (NCARB, ARE, RA, AIA)
- Experience with healthcare or behavior health projects
- Experience as a Project Architect
- Great written and verbal communication
Plusses:
- Masters Degree in Architecture
- Longevity in career (two firms in last 10+ years)
- REVIT experience/AutoCAD software knowledge
Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is currently seeking a Project Architect for a direct hire opportunity with an emerging architectural design company in the Lexington area. This individual will be responsible for providing design and technical development, project coordination, and quality control for all aspects of a project. The Project Architect will contribute to the preparation of quality design documents including detailed construction documents that result in complete submissions for all phases of a project and are compliant with design intent and project scope, schedule, and cost requirements. The Project Architect will actively participate in project team meetings and provide design and technical development, project coordination, and quality control for all aspects of a project. Responsibilities will also include collaborating with consultants to ensure integrated project documents that support project design. Lastly, they will lead, teach, and guide other project team members to assist in their growth and development in the home office. This role requires a strong commitment to teamwork, efficient coordination, and effective communication. This individual will be joining a team of other Architects and Project Managers to perform construction administration duties such as review shop drawings, product data, material samples, schedule, and cost requirements while maintaining contact with clients, consultants, and contractors during all phases. This is a full-time permanent role with an incredibly employee focused architectural company in the Lexington area.
***Compensation : up to 135k
