OPPORTUNITY
As a National Sales Representative, you will be responsible for enhancing and increasing the customer/shipper base of ATS Logistics. This is an inside sales opportunity that offers you the ability to grow your book of business Nationwide.
JOB INFORMATION:
The National Sales Representative is part of our brokerage division and works on selling our services and finding companies to move customers’ freight nationwide. Our NSR’s work at building a book of business through calls, emails and various innovative tools. We strive to listen to our customers’ needs and problems and provide solutions!
JOB DESCRIPTION: Essential Duties and Responsibilities-
· New sales representatives build a diverse book of business from scratch-with sourcing leads and lead generation
· Driven to meet or exceed monthly goals/metrics
· Pursuing new business around the U.S., Canada and Mexico by cold calling and emailing shippers that consistently move products
· Report on-site in our downtown Greenville office, M-F

· Driver/Logistics inside sales focused on truck load quantity sales focused
· In-side sales roles and retail inside sales management with B2B transactions experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Higher education (i.e. two- or four-year degree) preferred but not required OR a minimum of 2 years of work experience in inside sales or logistics related roles with longevity of employment in roles preferred
· One or more years of experience Building a Book of Business/B2B inside sales preferred
· Excellent presentation and verbal, written communication staging skills
· A firm understanding of marketing strategies, sales tools, and customer service principles.
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet (social media, internet databases and research tools)
· Strong work ethic and sense of integrity; trustworthy
Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Work Location: In person (After 6 months of employment, option of working from home 1 day a week per managers recommendation)
Pay: Compensation & Benefits
- Total cash compensation range of this position is $45,900 to $55,900 including a base salary range of $43,000 to $53,000 and first-year training incentive of $2,900. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
- In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
