Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Client Service Director to join our dynamic team in Miami. This individual will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving business development efforts, and representing the company at networking and social events. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a background in accounting or finance, strong communication skills, and deep connectivity within the Miami marketplace.


Scope and Responsibilities:

Build and nurture client relationships through regular interactions, including lunches, coffee meetings, and networking events. Leverage personal connections and market insights to develop new business opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Collaborate closely with leadership to execute strategies and achieve business objectives. Represent the company at local events, fostering community ties and strengthening the company’s presence.


Key Competencies & Qualifications :

10-15 years of experience

Proven connections within the Miami marketplace through work history, education, or personal networks.

Former sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Familiarity with recruiting or executive search is beneficial.


Soft Skills:

Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.

Strong initiative and ability to work independently.

Coachable and open to direction and feedback.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree
