Position Available: Business Development Manager

Location: Corvallis, OR

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our property management services. You will be the face of our company to prospective clients, creating lasting first impressions and establishing strong, trusted relationships. Your primary focus will be to educate and engage owners of rental properties, demonstrating the significant value that professional property management can bring to their investment.

Key Requirements:

• Oregon Real Estate Broker or Oregon Property Manager license is required

• Must be able to work in our office located in Corvallis at 3 days per week

• Local position w/travel

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and appropriate insurance

• Understand laws/statutes related to the position

• Criminal history, background check required
