Role aspects

Working with NY / US based client teams primarily…

• Developing and updating compliance policies
• Providing guidance for client-facing escalations
• Training business teams on compliance best practices

Key experience / industries you are targeting?

• 3-5 YOE, 4 years as sweet spot
• Background in Legal Compliance, Risk* could be especially relevant, Paralegal
• Some sort of training, onboarding, leadership even if informal
• Not targeting any specific industry- finding someone that is teachable is the biggest goal

Candidate Fit ?

• Decisive decision-making and collaboration ability within matrixed environment- initiative for enhancing compliance program and risk related topics
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment, smaller less structured group problem solving (targeting start-up or fast growing companies with less than 3k people)
• Ability to work with difficult stakeholders (both internal and external)- adaptability to shifting needs/priorities
• Meeting with client compliance teams

Compensation: $110K-$140k with benefits
