Brand My Bags is expanding and looking to fill a new role for a Inside Sales Specialist ready to join a company with a proven track record, a focus on quality, a growing customer base, state-of-the-art equipment, and a phenomenal staff. Brand My Bags is a custom brand packaging company servicing a multitude of industries. We help our partners stand out from the crowd with eye-catching, full-color print designs on quality, compliant packaging. We specialize in Mylar bag packaging, fully printed stand up pouches, and lay flat pouches. We can also custom brand a variety of different containers, including pop top vials and glass.
As an Inside Sales Specialist for Brand My Bags, you will provide essential support to our house accounts as well as our sales team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
This position is full-time, on-site in an office setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintaining Current Customers: (70%) Our full-service packaging solutions require timely and detailed communication with our customers.
- Customer service : Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide additional information.
- Customer feedback : Gather feedback from customers and use it to advise the product team.
- Sales reporting : Create monthly reports and presentations using sales data.
- Team Support : perform duties to support the entire sales team as needed.
Customer Acquisition : (30%) Use cold calling, in house leads, emails, and referrals to find new clients
- Product demonstrations : Explain product and service features and benefits.
- Lead generation : Research new leads and maintain a prospect database.
- Sales closing : Use sales strategies to close deals and increase revenue.
- Sales reporting : Create monthly reports and presentations using sales data.
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years similar experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build customer rapport
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Sales Force software or similar CRM
- Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
