IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Through our one-on-one training program, you will learn recruiting basics and implement strategies to identify and engage top talent.
• Gain hands-on experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and building strong relationships with candidates.
• Partner closely with experienced Recruiters and Account Managers to learn the intricacies of the staffing industry.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion and desire to succeed in sales.
• 0-2 years of experience in a sales-related position is preferred.
• Business, Sales or Marketing degree preferred but not required.
